# Create a gift batch

> Prepare a set of recipients with a shared design.

## Before you start

Open Batches → New batch and have a product available. Bulk issuance does not require the old Enterprise or Pro tiers.

## Step by step

1. Choose the product before the design. Then enter recipients or import the CSV.
2. Use product artwork, another own design or a gallery design. The whole batch shares one design.
3. If adding a corporate logo, review its effect across the batch.
4. Review the resulting gift card with its visible amount and fix flagged rows before issuing.

## How to verify the result

Review brings together product, recipients and batch presentation. Confirmation starts processing; it does not prove every row was issued.

## If something goes wrong

* If no product is available, prepare one in the catalog.
* A preview without an amount is not a final check; review the actual gift presentation.
