# Create and edit products

> Prepare the product that will be sold or manually issued as a gift card.

## Before you start

Open your store catalog.

## Step by step

1. Choose to create a product. Set its title, positive preset or custom amounts, validity and design.
2. Review the preview before saving. A product defines the offer; it is not an issued gift card.
3. To change it, open its editor. Review the monetary-change confirmation and save.
4. Check publication and confirmed TiendaNube synchronization separately.

## How to verify the result

The catalog shows saved details and publication status. Validity is captured when each gift card is issued; do not assume editing the product changes existing gifts.

## If something goes wrong

* If a revision conflict appears, reload the latest version and reapply your changes. Blind retries can overwrite another edit.
* If saving succeeded but synchronization failed, recover publication of the same product instead of creating another.
