# Choose, upload and reuse designs

> Organize gift card artwork separately from monetary value.

## Before you start

Open Designs. Your own library is separate from the occasion gallery.

## Step by step

1. Check where a design is used before choosing it. Selecting one can start a new product.
2. Upload your own image and wait for processing before selecting it.
3. Use artwork without embedded prices or logos; gift surfaces add their information.
4. Archive or restore your own designs from their menu to organize the library.

## How to verify the result

The selected design is available for the product. Archiving artwork does not delete or revoke an issued gift card.

## If something goes wrong

* An image still processing is not ready. If rejected, correct the file using the uploader message.
* Follow the formats and limits shown by the uploader; not every file is supported.
