# Issue now, schedule or copy a link

> Choose destination and timing without confusing preview with delivery.

## Before you start

You need an active product. If issuance is empty, prepare a product in the catalog first.

## Step by step

1. Choose product, design and amount. Check that they match the intended gift.
2. Choose email or a link to copy. WhatsApp is offered only when available for your account.
3. For scheduling, review date, time and store timezone before confirming.
4. For secret gifts, review what identity the recipient sees. For corporate gifts, the third-party logo accompanies the merchant; it does not replace the issuer.
5. Confirm once and check the status. Preview sends nothing; issuance may still be preparing the coupon.

## How to verify the result

The detail records the gift and selected delivery. Repeating the same request reference reuses issuance; starting a new issuance is not delivery retry.

## If something goes wrong

* Scheduled does not mean sent. Check the configured time before investigating missing delivery.
* Keep private links secure. Do not test with real recipients unless you intend to send.
