# Finish publishing your first gift card

> Account activation and publication in Tiendanube are different outcomes.

## Before you start

Check whether the subscription is confirmed and the current state of the first product. You do not need another draft to recover publication.

## Step by step

1. Return to the dashboard and review the launch center.
2. If publication failed and Retry is available, use it on the existing product.
3. Check the resulting state and open the storefront once publication is confirmed.

## How to verify the result

The existing product becomes published when the operation succeeds. A Tiendanube failure does not erase the confirmed subscription or require another product.

## If something goes wrong

* If the account is active but the product is missing, check publication and visibility instead of repeating checkout.
* If the error persists, keep the product reference and attempt outcome when asking for help.
