# Buyer configure gift

# Configure a gift after purchase

Complete each order unit before delivery.

## Before you start

Use the private access link from the purchase email or post-payment screen.

## Step by step

1. Open the order and select a pending envelope. Configure each purchased unit separately.
2. Write the dedication and signature. Suggestions are editable; review secret mode and the surprise question when offered. The product supplies the design; it is not selected here.
3. Review the gift preview, recipient and available channel. You can select a future date.
4. Read the recap before confirming. A sealed envelope means configuration is complete; return to finish other units.

## How to verify the result

Each unit shows its configuration. Configured does not mean delivered: sending can be scheduled or processing.

## If something goes wrong

* To correct details, use the explicit action on the same gift. Do not buy or issue another to recover access.
* An outdated revision, pending correction and reopened gift have different states; refresh before confirming.
