# Catalog publish and organize

# Publish, archive and share

Separate visibility, synchronization and archiving when managing the catalog.

## Before you start

Find the product in Catalog; switch between grid and list or filter by status.

## Step by step

1. Publish or unpublish using product actions and wait for synchronization confirmation.
2. Archive a product to remove it from everyday work. Find it with the Archived filter and choose Reactivate when needed.
3. Open the sharing composer. Copy a link only when a real TiendaNube product link exists.
4. If you change the sharing artwork color, restore the brand color when needed; this adjustment is temporary.

## How to verify the result

Publication, archiving and synchronization are different states. Reactivating alone does not prove publication. Archiving does not revoke issued gift cards.

## If something goes wrong

* If archiving fails, the view may return to its previous state; read the reason and refresh.
* If no public link exists, resolve publication instead of sharing an invented URL.
