# Integrations marketing nube

# Connect and maintain Marketing Nube

Verify the connected account before synchronizing audiences.

## Before you start

Open Integrations → Marketing Nube and obtain a key for the intended account. Keep it private.

## Step by step

1. Paste the key and choose Test connection. Verify the identified account before integrating.
2. After connection, review last and next synchronization. Use Synchronize now when appropriate.
3. When the key changes, choose Replace key and verify the connection again.
4. Choose Disconnect to stop synchronization. Existing Marketing Nube data remains there.

## How to verify the result

The integration shows its state and recorded synchronization. Saving a key alone does not prove a scheduled process ran.

## If something goes wrong

* Needs attention due to a revoked key requires reconnection; retrying the same key does not fix access.
* Never paste keys into support, screenshots or documentation. Disconnecting does not delete a remote audience.
