# Onboarding start

# Start with gifty from Tiendanube

Complete setup with a first gift card prepared before you launch it in your store.

## Before you start

Open gifty from your Tiendanube store application. Have the account operator details and access needed to complete activation ready.

## Step by step

1. Explore the gift experience to understand what a recipient sees.
2. Create your first gift card: prepare the product, design and brand. A real draft is saved before publication.
3. Choose the current subscription option and complete activation.
4. Launch it, verify publication and follow the launch center tasks.

## How to verify the result

You finish with a prepared gift card and a publication state you can verify. Completing a form does not itself make the product visible in your store.

## If something goes wrong

* If you leave early, resume the pending step instead of creating a replacement product.
* If activation or publication remains pending, check its status before repeating the action.
