Before you start

Open Gifty from your TiendaNube administrator.

Step by step

  1. Use tabs, search, filters and pipeline to find an operation. Its detail shows code, link and available actions.
  2. For resend, correction, verification, reactivation or pending redemption, follow the same state checks as the full dashboard.
  3. Review subscription, next charge and fiscal invoice per row. Billing changes open the relevant full-dashboard section.
  4. Choose Open full Gifty for advanced settings, brand or camera when the embedded frame limits the flow.

How to verify the result

The full dashboard continues work for the same store. A new opening creates fresh access; do not share that private URL.

If something goes wrong

  • If opening is interrupted, retry from TiendaNube.
  • Success can appear as a brief notice and failures inline; read each outcome. Missing plan or debt has its own recovery access.

Issue and redeem without leaving TiendaNube

To issue, open the available action, fill in product, amount and recipient, and review the preview before confirming. When finished, use View in operations to check that same gift card’s state; confirmation does not guarantee immediate delivery. To redeem, enter or verify the code, review the balance and amount when applicable, confirm and read the receipt. If it remains pending or fails, follow that section’s message and recover the same operation. An earlier success toast is not the result of an action that subsequently failed.

Settings and billing in the embedded app

Available simple preferences are saved within their section. For branding, WhatsApp, category and billing operations requiring the full app, use the link to the corresponding section. For invoices, check the row and available fiscal document; a debt or missing-plan notice leads to recovery and is not resolved by downloading a receipt. Read as Markdown
