Redemptions of migrated gift cards don’t show on the home
- The home notice “A redemption couldn’t be applied” shows only gift cards issued in Gifty.
- If the redemption belongs to a gift card migrated from the previous system, the case doesn’t show on the home: the Gifty team reviews it.
Request the gift card as a payment method from your home
- If your store can use the gift card as a payment method at checkout, the home shows Payment method at your checkout with Request it. It’s there during the trial and after it.
- Before you request it, the home explains what changes: gift cards you sell after it is turned on are paid as a payment method, with their code and a security code, and they don’t work as coupons. The ones you already sold keep working as coupons.
- After you request it you see Requested on [date]. The Gifty team turns it on. With the payment method on, the home says Active at your checkout.
- If your store can’t use it yet, the row doesn’t appear.
The home inside TiendaNube says the same as the home of full Gifty
- The home of the embedded app reads the same source as the home of full Gifty. Sales, the balance to redeem and the trial show the same numbers in both places.
- What needs your attention goes first: the billing status, blocked sales and the trial, with the day and the date it ends.
- If a redemption couldn’t be applied, the notice shows here too, with the order and the reason. Review opens full Gifty.
- Below you see your gift card with its publication, what you sold in the last 30 days (or during the trial), the balance to redeem and the next step.
- Every action that needs full Gifty opens the matching section in a new tab.
The letter, redesigned
- In Letter, the recipient sees the same envelope as the story, with their name handwritten on it. Tapping anywhere on the envelope brings out a folded letter.
- The letter unfolds with the dedication and the signature, and the gift card with your design arrives attached below it. See my gift card leads to the summary.
- The See my gift card button uses your store’s color. In Settings → Brand, the Letter preview shows the envelope with readable names.
- The envelope seal uses your store’s color, in Letter and in Story.
- In Settings → Brand, Letter opens in the preview: tap the envelope and read the full letter. See my gift card moves to the ticket; tap Letter to see it again.
- On a computer, the card and the dedication fit together on the first screen of the summary.
- Copy sits on the label line of each detail, so the code reads in full on a narrow phone too.

The home warns you when a redemption couldn’t be applied
- If an order used a gift card and the redemption couldn’t be recorded, the home says so at the top, before the numbers: “A redemption couldn’t be applied on order #1043.”. It also appears during the trial.
- Each case states its reason. If the balance didn’t move, the notice confirms it: “The gift card is still intact.”. If the order was cancelled or had a partial refund, it says “We’re looking into it.”.
- Review opens the gift card’s page. The notice goes away when gifty records the fix.
- If the case was already resolved another way, support can close the notice with a reason. The closing is audited and doesn’t touch the balance.
The gift arrives in an envelope and explains how to use it
- A gift card recipient first sees the sealed envelope with their name. At the end of the presentation the envelope opens, the card with your design comes all the way out and the amount appears. The full card stays on the page, as always.
- Below, How to use it shows each detail with the same name it has at your checkout and a Copy button. With Gift card there are two details: the card code and the security code.
- How does it work? opens a sample checkout with that gift card’s code, step by step.
Watch your gift card get published, step by step
- After you activate, Publishing your gift card shows three steps. Each one checks off when Tiendanube confirms its data, never because time passed.
- When the publication is confirmed, the envelope opens: It’s in your store, with View in my store.
- It’s on sale appears only if your subscription is enabled to sell. If not, the screen tells you why and takes you to Billing.
- If Tiendanube does not confirm, Try again publishes the same product again. If it takes more than two minutes, you continue from your dashboard.
- Share it copies the link to your gift card.
A setup that shows your gift card before asking for anything
- The first screen, We built it for you, shows your finished gift card with your brand and the design of the next gifting date. You change the design or the amounts right there.
- This is what your customers see shows the product page in your store, the delivery email and the gift page with your logo and color. Change saves another logo or color.
- This is how your gift card moves shows a gift’s journey, from the purchase to the redemption, with Gifty data from Argentina and its period.
- At the top you see how many steps are left to publish and the four chapters: Your gift card, In action, Activate and Launch it.
Plan, invoice and payment on a single screen
- Start your 14-day trial and publish it today brings together the plan, your invoice, the cardholder and the payment. The plan is no longer chosen on a separate screen.
- Your plan shows the first charge: the plan’s fixed price, with your code if you applied one. The variable plan’s commission is not added to the first charge.
- In Argentina with a card the amount shows + VAT. With Mercado Pago you see the debit with VAT included, in the fine print too.
- See the fixed plan switches the plan before you add the card, so you are charged for the plan you see.
- Your Mercado Pago account email is prefilled with your store’s contact. In Brazil Mercado Pago does not appear.
A launch screen after you activate
- Once we confirm your signup, by card or with Mercado Pago, you land on Store already activated. Go to dashboard takes you to Home, where you follow the publication.
- If your subscription was cancelled and you open onboarding, we take you to resubscribing in Billing. Onboarding does not create a new subscription on top of a cancelled one.
A new home after your trial
- You sold counts gift cards, not orders, and compares against the previous range with its dates.
- The selector now has Last 30 days, This month and Since you started. What you sold since you started also appears as a second reading.
- Redeemed shows what customers paid on top of their gift cards. It may include shipping.
- What gifty costs shows the fixed plan, or the variable plan’s cycle before and after settlement.
- The status that matters appears at the top: ended trial, overdue charge, pause, scheduled cancellation, cancelled plan or blocked sales.
- The global redemption rate and the latest gift cards list no longer appear.
A new home during your trial
- The home shows your gift card on sale, with its real status in your store and on tienda.gifty.lat.
- It suggests one step at a time: share the link, add it to your store menu and see how it reaches the person who gets it.
- When you sell your first gift card, it tells the story of that sale with its milestones.
- It shows what you sold next to your first charge, which is only the plan’s fixed fee.
- It adds the next date with its action and the following one. Three Kings’ Day joins the Argentina calendar.
- The five doors, “What runs on its own from now on” and the zero figures no longer appear.

We only promise the notices we send
- WhatsApp verification in Notifications no longer promises a notice for each sale. That notice does not exist today. Your verified WhatsApp confirms it is you and lets us tell you about anything that needs your attention.
- If the bank does not confirm the validation of a card you add, the window no longer promises an email. It asks you not to add the card again: if it is validated, it shows up in Payment methods.
- In the launch center, What runs on its own from now on no longer mentions expiry notices.
- The preference for the summary of gift cards about to expire, in Notifications, now says we do not send it yet.
- If the bank takes longer to confirm a charge when you activate, the screen no longer promises an email: once it clears, you see it in Billing.
- If Mercado Pago takes longer to confirm and you leave the screen, we no longer promise an email: you see it the next time you open gifty.
- Anything marked Coming soon no longer promises a notice when it is ready.
- The activation guide no longer says we send you a tips email every day during the trial: that series does not go out today.
A new envelope for the gift card and a home page that tells the sale
- On the gift page, the gift card arrives in a kraft envelope with a straight opening and a rounded flap. When it opens, the card comes out whole, with your design.
- gifty.lat shows a gift card’s story from your register: sold today, delivered on the chosen day, opened like a gift and back as a larger purchase. It adds gifty’s figures, gift cards from stores that already sell and the gift shop.

Gift shop: TiendaNube categories and category pages
- Your showcase’s category is suggested from the store type you chose in TiendaNube. You can change it in Gift shop.
- Each category has its own page on tienda.gifty.lat, with an introduction, the category’s featured brands and all its gift cards.
- Gift cards with their own card-shaped design appear first in featured spots. Artwork with another shape is shown in full, without cropping.
2026-10-30
Sobre visual identity
gifty introduces a new visual identity across the dashboard, emails, gift page and website. Sobre brings together warm paper, new typography and pill-shaped buttons, with the design you chose on every gift card.Gift shop: featured brands and clear occasions
- The tienda.gifty.lat home page shows Featured brands at the top and adds collections by category. The order is automatic and no store pays for its position.
- Each occasion first shows the gift cards chosen for it. Universal ones appear separately, under «Also a good fit». A filter with no options is not shown.
- If a gift card has no occasion, we suggest one with the Suggested mark in Gift shop and in the gift card editor. You confirm it or choose another one.
- Stores without a category also appear, and gift cards with test amounts are not published.
Variable plan in US dollars outside Argentina and Brazil
- If your store is outside Argentina and Brazil, you can choose the variable plan: US$17 per month plus 3% of what you collect for each gift card sold, with a cap of US$58 per debit. It includes every feature of the US$29 monthly standard plan, which stays the same.
- Sales in another currency, for example Mexican, Colombian or Chilean pesos, are converted to USD at the public exchange rate of the cutoff date. Each settlement detail shows the rate, its source and its date.
- During signup, prices and the checkout summary are shown in USD, the currency you are charged in, even if your store sells in another currency.
- The Terms of Service include these rules (version 2026-10-30).
- It becomes available once it is activated; until then your account does not change. Your current plan continues: there are no automatic changes.
Gift shop: final terms
The tienda.gifty.lat terms have their final version. They explain what is published, the license to use your brand, how showcases are ordered, what search engines and AI agents do with your content, what is measured and how to leave. No store pays for its position. → Your showcase in the gifty gift shop2026-10-29
New screen: Gift shop
- Your gift cards appear on tienda.gifty.lat, the public gift card shop run by gifty, if your store meets the requirements. You do not need to turn anything on. You manage it in Growth → Gift shop, and you can leave at any time.
- A shopper picks the gift card there and finishes the purchase in your TiendaNube store. The sale, the charge and the customer data stay with your store.
- The screen shows a preview of your showcase, the requirements with their real state, the suggested category and recipient, the occasion of each gift card and your text.
- Each gift card has an occasion. By default it is Universal: it appears on every occasion, after the gift cards of that occasion.
- If you stop meeting a requirement, your showcase leaves the shop within a few minutes. When you meet it again, it comes back on its own.
- To share, you have the link, a QR code and the “Find us on tienda.gifty.lat” seal. Results show the clicks to your store.

Pricing: two ways to pay
The gifty.lat pricing page shows the variable plan and the standard plan in Argentina and Brazil, with the fixed fee, commission and cap of each. Other markets keep the standard plan. Your current plan does not change. → Standard plan and variable planVariable plan: two ways to pay
Prepared for Argentina and Brazil: the variable plan charges a lower fixed monthly fee plus 3% of what you collect for each gift card sold, with a cap per debit. It includes every feature of the standard plan, which stays the same. It becomes available once it is activated; until then your account does not change. Your current plan continues: there are no automatic changes. → Standard plan and variable planCheckout redemptions are called Payment method
- In the gift card timeline, the channel of a redemption with the gift card as the payment method in the TiendaNube checkout says Payment method. It used to say Wallet.
An outstanding payment does not cancel your subscription
- If a charge stays outstanding, your subscription continues. Gifty keeps trying to charge it and the debt stays outstanding until you settle it.
- The outstanding payment notice no longer announces a cancellation date. It says your service stays active.
- The last notice when retries run out says whether your account is still active or access to your dashboard is suspended.
Cancelling with an overdue charge says what happens and can be undone
- If you cancel while your next charge is overdue and not processed, the confirmation says what happens to that charge based on how you pay. With a card on a fixed-price plan, the cancellation replaces it: it isn’t charged and Reactivate works until it’s processed. On the variable plan the final commission is settled. With Mercado Pago, a charge Mercado Pago already processed stands.
- On the variable plan, the regular cancellation (with the next charge in the future) says that the final commission on your sales for the cycle is settled at the close, and that there are no more charges after that. It no longer says “We won’t charge you again”.
- If there has been no charge yet, Billing talks about the first charge: it doesn’t say “We won’t charge you again” or “The period you paid for is over”.
- The plan status no longer says Up to date with a scheduled cancellation or with an overdue charge that isn’t recorded.
- With the cancellation requested and the charge overdue, the Next payment card no longer shows an amount that won’t be charged. After Reactivate, the foot of the panel offers Cancel subscription again without reloading the page.
- If a previous attempt left a card half-confirmed when you add a card, the form explains it and offers Talk to support, without a retry that fails again.
Billing tells you what happens with the charge, without past dates
- If the date of a charge already passed and the charge is not recorded yet, Billing says Charge in progress, pending confirmation instead of showing that date as upcoming.
- When you cancel during the trial, the confirmation says you won’t be charged anything, and the screen moves to the cancelled subscription by itself, without reloading.
- When you subscribe again with no trial days left, the card and Mercado Pago fine print says the charge starts today, not when a trial you do not have ends.
- If a plan change cannot be scheduled, the notice says why and what to do, instead of a generic error.
- When you choose Use for billing and the processor takes longer to confirm, the screen tells you when the change is applied.
- Amounts use the same currency format in every card and in the invoice list.
Resubscribing says “Charged today” only when the bank confirmed the charge
If you resubscribed with no trial days left and the bank declined the charge, the screen still said “Charged today”. Now it waits for the bank’s confirmation: until then it says we are processing the charge, if the bank declines it you can change the card, and if it takes longer we email you. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an accountAdding a card after a decline no longer stays on “Validating…”
If a card had been declined days earlier, the next attempt to add a card could stay on Validating… and block any new card. Now each attempt starts a new payment, and an attempt with no answer from the bank is reviewed before it blocks you. The primary card you see in Payment methods is always the one your subscription uses. → Add or change a card2026-10-27
The gift page no longer mentions in-store redemption
The page your customer receives said “Use it online or show it at the store counter”, even if your store sells only online. Now it mentions only redemption at your online store checkout, for every store. If you serve customers at a store, you keep redeeming from Redeem as before. → Redeem at the counterThe gift card uses the image you changed in TiendaNube
If your gift card is a product you already had in TiendaNube and you change its main image there, the next sale uses the new image. Before, the gift card kept the image gifty copied when it connected the product. Also, a gift card that is not issued yet uses the product’s current design, not the one it had at the time of the purchase. → Create and edit products2026-10-20
Billing details are checked before your card is saved
If your billing details were missing part of the address, checkout let you add your card and activation stopped later, with a Retry activation that failed again. Now checkout checks those details before it saves your card: if something is missing, it reopens step 1 with what you already entered and highlights what to complete. If your card was already saved, the activation screen tells you what is missing and lets you complete it right there. In the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires the city is filled in from the province. → Activate the initial period2026-10-19
Mercado Pago: declined charges, cancellations and uninstalling
If you pay with Mercado Pago and your subscription charge bounces, we now tell you by email and the period is recorded as outstanding payment. Before, Mercado Pago retried the charge without you knowing. If you ask to cancel once your trial has ended, the cancellation runs at the end of the period and Mercado Pago keeps trying to charge it; before, it was cut right away and that period was never charged. If you uninstall the app, we cancel the subscription in Mercado Pago and an uncharged period stays as outstanding payment. On a card, your subscription becomes active as soon as the first charge after the trial is confirmed. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an account2026-10-15
Your first gift card is published even if you pay with Mercado Pago
If you finished onboarding by paying with Mercado Pago, your subscription became active but the gift card that you built was not published in Tiendanube. The launch center showed it as pending forever. Now gifty publishes it as soon as it confirms your subscription, whether you pay by card or with Mercado Pago, and even if you do not return to the checkout screen. The launch center updates by itself: it changes to published or, if Tiendanube does not confirm it, it shows Retry. → Finish publishing your first gift card2026-10-09
The email test and preview show your real store
The test of a custom email, its preview in the editor and the gallery showed a sample store name and link. They now show your store name and link, as in the email your customer receives. The envelope sender also shows your store name. The amount, the code and the sender and recipient names are still sample data. Also, email images no longer stretch on a phone: they shrink in proportion even if you set a width and a height. → Send a test and understand its scopeThe footer link page no longer says “Unsubscribe”
The footer link of gifty emails opened a page titled “Unsubscribe”, which could read as cancelling your plan. Now the page is titled Stop receiving gifty updates. It says what stops arriving (updates, campaigns and reminders) and what keeps arriving (notices about your account, your charges and your receipts). The button says Stop receiving them. What the page does has not changed: your plan stays the same. → Pay outstanding debt and wait for confirmation2026-10-08
When you add a card, you choose whether it becomes the billing card
Adding a card from Billing → Payment methods now asks whether you want to use it for upcoming charges. The option comes checked; if you uncheck it, the card is saved as a backup. At the end, the form says what happened: the card is already the billing card, the change is being applied, or you keep paying with the previous card. Use for billing no longer appears on subscriptions where it cannot be applied. And an outstanding balance is charged to the new card only if you explicitly authorize it in the same form. → Add or change a cardThe payment retries exhausted notice states the real status of your account
When the payment retries of an invoice ran out, the last notice said “We suspended access to your dashboard” even when your account was still active. Now the notice reads the status of your account when it is sent: it says that the account is still active, that we started the cancellation or that access is suspended, as applicable. Payment failed notices no longer announce a suspension when no other retry is left. If a notice has no payment link, the button opens Billing instead of the dashboard home. Payment notices and receipts no longer show an unsubscribe link at the bottom: they are account emails. In other emails, the footer says what stops arriving: news and reminders. → Pay outstanding debt and wait for confirmationThe debt payment link is now a single-screen checkout
The screen to pay a subscription debt changed. On the left you see the total due and, with View details, each invoice with its month and amount. On the right you enter the card, tick the authorization above the button and select Pay with the amount. On a phone, the total sits in a compact bar above the form. There is no previous consent step. If the bank declines the payment, the reason and the code appear above the form. If the link expired, the screen offers to request a new one by WhatsApp. → Pay outstanding debt and wait for confirmationDelivery shows both of your channels: email and WhatsApp
The Gift cards → Delivery page is now called Delivery, not Emails. At the top you see two cards with the same weight: Email and WhatsApp. Each one says what goes out today. The WhatsApp card shows your message status (the Gifty one, yours live, in Meta review, rejected or paused) and takes you to the editor. On a phone, it comes first if your message needs an action. Your email templates stay below, in the Emails section. → Design and publish gift emailIf you leave before confirming your billing details, the checkout asks for them again
If you looked up your CUIT in ARCA during checkout and reloaded the page before tapping Continue, the checkout treated your billing details as resolved even though the company name, VAT condition and address were missing. That meant you could not be invoiced correctly. Now the step only counts as resolved when the details are complete: if something is missing, the checkout opens Billing details again with your CUIT filled in and completes the rest from ARCA for you to confirm. → Activate the initial periodThe gift link preview shows heavy artwork again
If the gift card artwork was close to 8 MB, the WhatsApp link preview did not appear. Now Gifty prepares a light copy of the artwork for the preview, and the preview always shows. WebP designs also show in the preview: before, they showed a color card. → Choose, upload and reuse designsSwitching tabs no longer leaves activation as not finished
If you went to another tab while your trial was activating —for example, to publish your gift card— and came back after a minute, the screen could say that activation did not finish even though your subscription was already active. Now the wait pauses while the tab is not in view, and when you come back the screen checks the result right away. Retry activation appears only if activation is really stuck. → Activate the trialWrite your own WhatsApp message
If you deliver gift cards over WhatsApp, you can now write the message in your store’s voice in Delivery → WhatsApp message. You insert the gift details, see how the recipient reads it and send it to Meta for review. When Meta approves it, you turn on Use my template. If your message isn’t available, the gift still goes out with the Gifty message, and the gift card history says so. → Design and publish gift emailA decline from the payment provider is no longer shown as a bank decline
If the card validation showed Code: DECLINED_BY_PROVIDER, checkout said that your bank had declined the payment. That was not true: this decline comes from our payment provider. Now the message says so and tells you what to do: try another card and, if it happens again, message us on WhatsApp. You do not need to call your bank. → Add or change a cardAfter a decline, checkout gives you the card form back
If the card validation was declined with a reason the screen showed only as a code, for example Code: DECLINED_BY_PROVIDER, checkout could stay waiting for a result that had already arrived, and Check again did not unblock it. Now that decline closes the attempt like any other: checkout gives you the form back to enter the same card or a different one. → Add or change a cardYour invoice no longer fails because of how the province was written
If the province in Fiscal details was written as “C.A.B.A”, “Bs. As.” or the way ARCA returns it (“CIUDAD AUTONOMA BUENOS AIRES”), the fiscal invoice could end up with the Error status. We now recognize those variants and save the province with its official name. If the province cannot be recognized, for example a district such as “La Matanza”, the charge stays without an invoice until you correct it, and when you save it we issue the pending invoices. → Check invoices and fiscal detailsSettings → Brand no longer fails for members who are not the account owner
If you opened Settings → Brand without being the account owner, the whole screen showed an error. Now the Sender card tells you that only the account owner can manage it, and the rest of the screen stays available: logo, colors and typography. → Configure your store identityYour own sender domain unlocks with your subscription
If you had not activated your subscription yet, the Sender card said the own domain belonged to the Enterprise plan. That plan no longer exists: your own domain is included in the Gifty plan. The card now says so and has an Activate my subscription button that takes you to the plans page. → Configure your store identityIssue a gift card from your phone
On a phone, the Gift cards → Issue form was cut off: the occasion row of the design picker made it much wider than the screen. Now that row scrolls sideways and the whole form fits the screen. → Issue a gift cardRecommended sizes for artwork and logo
The designs guide now says which sizes to use: 1500 × 960 px for the gift card artwork, the upload formats and limits, the safe area for the gift page and how the artwork shows in the email and on WhatsApp. The brand guide adds the logo sizes. → Choose, upload and reuse designs«Send a copy to» also when issuing inside TiendaNube
When you issue a gift card from Gifty inside TiendaNube with email delivery, you can now fill in Send a copy to with another person’s email, for example HR. That person gets a delivery confirmation without the redemption code. If you repeat the recipient’s email, we warn you and do not send a separate copy. The receipt shows who got the copy and its status. → Use Gifty inside TiendaNubeLocks talk about the Gifty plan
Locked feature notices no longer name the Pro, Base or Enterprise plans, which are no longer sold. They now say the feature is included in the Gifty plan and unlocks with your subscription, and the button takes you to the plans page. This applies to the email editor, custom artwork uploads, AI designs, brand customization and manual redemption. → Check subscription and change frequencySubscription recovery talks about the Gifty plan
If your subscription needs a new card, the Billing notice no longer says you reactivate it on the Pro plan. It now says you reactivate it on the Gifty plan, and the recovery checkout names the monthly Gifty plan, which is the plan that is charged. The rest does not change: a 1-day trial and nothing is charged today. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an account2026-10-07
The gift card in the delivery email uses your brand color
If you apply your brand to the gift email, the gift card in the delivery email now uses your primary color as its background, with the amount in a color that is easy to read. If your color is very light, like white or a pastel, the card stays dark and neutral. Your gift card artwork does not change. → Configure your store identityManual issuance: send a copy without the code to someone else
When you issue a gift card from Gift cards → Issue, you can now fill in Send a copy to with another email, for example HR’s in a corporate purchase. That person gets a delivery confirmation without the redemption code, and the result screen shows whether the copy went out. → Issue a gift cardYou can now send your gift card emails from your own domain
Connecting your own sender domain was marked Coming soon. It is now available. In the Sender card, connect a subdomain of your store, for examplegifts.yourstore.com, add the DNS records the panel shows and verify it. From then on, your gift card delivery emails go out from your domain. While the domain is not verified, they keep going out from gifty, without interruption. Only the account owner can connect it.
→ Configure your store identity
2026-10-05
Payment methods shows only your current cards and no longer offers changes you cannot make
If you removed a card, it stayed in Payment methods marked Unavailable. Now it no longer appears. Also, on accounts where changing the billing card is not available, the screen no longer shows Use for billing. The button used to appear and, when tapped, asked you to try again in a bit, which was never going to work. → Add or change a card2026-09-25
Subscribing again with your saved credit card works again
If you had cancelled and wanted to come back with a credit card you already had on file, the resubscription refused it and asked for a credit card. The processor also reports the card category (Classic, Gold, Business) and we read it as if it said whether the card is credit or debit. We now read the actual card type. Saved cards with the wrong value fix themselves the next time you open the resubscription or Payment methods. If we still cannot confirm that your card is a credit card, we say exactly that and do not call it debit. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an account2026-09-24
Retrying a publication or a sync no longer fails silently
In the launch center, if you selected Retry and publishing failed again, the button went back to its state without saying anything. The same happened with Retry sync in the product editor. Now we tell you why. If we couldn’t verify your subscription, or your plan doesn’t include the action, the notice sends you to check your subscription and says you don’t need to reinstall the app. If your TiendaNube store got disconnected, the notice tells you. → Use the launch center → Create and edit productsOn a phone, the Catalog filter you chose is always visible
On a phone, the Catalog status filters do not fit in one row and scroll sideways. If you chose Archived, or opened a link to that filter, the active tab was cut off at the edge. The row now scrolls on its own to show the filter you chose, and a faded edge tells you there are more filters on that side. → Publish, archive and shareWhen you edit a product, the subscription notice is no longer a generic error
If you saved changes to a product and we couldn’t verify your subscription, or your plan didn’t include the action, the editor said We couldn’t save the changes. Try again. Trying again did not fix it. The editor now tells you what happened and that you don’t need to reinstall the app, as when you create a product. If your TiendaNube store did get disconnected, the notice tells you so. → Create and edit productsIf you archived all your gift cards, Catalog takes you to them
If all your gift cards were archived, Catalog showed the first-use screen, Your catalog is ready for you, and hid the Archived filter. There was no way to reach your products or reactivate them. Catalog now shows the first-use screen only when you have no products at all. If you have archived gift cards and none on sale, it tells you they are archived, and the View archived button opens the filter. From there, choose Reactivate. → Publish, archive and share2026-09-23
The gift button uses the color you picked in the editor
With a brand profile on file, the Open my gift button always came out in your brand color, even when you had picked another one in the editor: the preview and the real email ignored your choice. The color you pick for the button is now kept. If you leave it unchanged, the button keeps using your brand color, as before. → Design emailsA subscription problem no longer shows as “store disconnected”
When we couldn’t verify your subscription, or your plan didn’t include the action, creating a gift card said your TiendaNube store was disconnected and asked you to reinstall gifty. Reinstalling did not fix it. Now the notice says what happened: we couldn’t verify your subscription or your plan doesn’t include this action, and it says you don’t need to reinstall. Publishing, archiving and reactivating from the Catalog show the same notice. If the store really is disconnected, the reinstall notice stays the same. → Publish, archive and shareReinstalling also brings back gift cards that never reached TiendaNube
When you uninstall gifty we archive your catalog, and when you reinstall we restore it. A gift card that was never created in TiendaNube stayed archived forever. Now it comes back active and unpublished, without touching TiendaNube: publish it when you want. The ones still published in TiendaNube come back published, as before. → Publish, archive and shareBilling shows the amount you are charged, not the list price
If your account has a price agreed with us and Mercado Pago charges you, Billing still showed the catalog list price: you read one amount and saw another in your Mercado Pago summary. Now Current plan, Next payment and the Plan line in Payment method state the agreed amount, the one that is actually debited. That amount already includes tax, so it no longer carries a + VAT note; adding it counted tax twice. If your account pays the list price, nothing changes. → Subscription2026-09-21
To subscribe again, pick a card you already have
Subscribing again asked you to type the card once more, even when it was the same one: it ended up duplicated under Payment methods, and the processor ran a verification charge that was not needed. The Payment method step now shows the credit cards you already have on file first, with the one we last charged marked. You pick one and confirm. A debit card on your list is shown the same way, says that coming back needs a credit card, and cannot be picked. If you prefer another one, Add another card opens the usual form; with no cards on file the step is the one you know. A card typed twice also stops showing up duplicated. → Cancel and reactivateIf activation does not finish, the screen no longer says you are subscribed
When the card was saved but the subscription did not exist yet, the screen said You are subscribed!, announced the active trial and the confirmation email, and only admitted at the bottom that activation had not finished. Now it says what is true: One step left to start your trial, that your card is saved, and that nothing is charged today. The summary shows the same details as what is planned —Chosen plan, Planned trial, Planned first charge, Saved card— and the action is still Retry activation. If the retry fails, the screen tells you the actual reason instead of returning to the same place. Once the subscription is confirmed, the success screen is the usual one. → Activate the trialSignup checkout now runs in three steps
It used to be a single very long screen: Billing details with its five sections and the continue button only at the end of the scroll. The checkout now runs in three steps — Billing details, Cardholder and Payment method — with Step 1 of 3 at the top so you know where you are. One step is open at a time; a step you resolved stays as one line with Edit, which reopens it without losing what you typed. If we already resolved your details against the tax registry, the first step is confirmed in one click. The plan summary, the 14 free days and the promo code stay visible across all three steps. → Activate your trialIf your brand does not load, the screen says so and you can retry
In the Create yours · 3 of 3 step the Get it ready to publish button went dark without explaining anything whenever we could not fetch your brand: there was no way to continue and no way to tell what had happened. The screen now says We could not load your brand. Try again. and adds a Try again button that asks for it once more. While it loads, the main button says it is loading instead of staying silent. → Review your brandThe gift card artwork is fully visible in the Product view
On that same screen, your name and the amount were drawn over the artwork. Many library designs carry their own printed wording and the texts overlapped. The artwork is now clean and the product title and price sit below it, the way a buyer sees them in your store. It works with any design, ours or yours. → Review your brand2026-09-18
Reactivate your subscription in one click, before the cut-off
If you asked to cancel and changed your mind, Reactivate now works: it used to be disabled and it is not any more. You have it in the notice at the top of Billing and at the foot of the subscription panel, and it resolves right away — there is nothing to wait for. The subscription stays current with the same charge date it had, with no new charge and without restarting the trial. It works the same on card and on Mercado Pago. Once the cancellation has run we say so and take you to subscribing again. → Cancel and reactivateBilling tells you your subscription is about to end
While the cancellation is pending, the notice sits at the top of the page with the cut-off date and the button to undo it. Before, that only showed at the foot of the subscription panel and was easy to miss. And if your next charge is already due, the screen stops promising a past date: it says “Cancels today”, and the confirmation step warns you before you accept. → Cancel and reactivateBe charged on debit, but keep a backup credit card
The card you are charged on may be debit or prepaid; what cannot be missing is at least one credit card on file. If the processor accepts debit but you have no credit card, we now say exactly that — You need a backup credit card — instead of the generic “Credit cards only”. And returning to a cancelled subscription does need credit: we say so before charging you. → CardsThe resubscription receipt names your plan and what we charged
When you subscribe again, the success screen names your plan — it used to leave a blank — and shows the total we charged, tax included: the same figure as the checkout summary and the one you will see on your card statement. It used to show the price without tax. And the charge is told once: where there were two rows for the same fact, there is now one, Charged today. The plan-unlocked notice no longer opens on top of the receipt either: your subscription was already there, so there is nothing to unlock. → Cancel and reactivatePick any of your cards for billing
You can now set any of your cards as the billing card, credit or debit. In some cases the processor accepts credit only, and there we still tell you before you touch the action. The notice when you pick one now talks about what comes next — “upcoming charges will use this card” — instead of sounding like the charge already happened. → CardsIf the bank declines your card, you can try again
When the bank declined a card at checkout — an invalid security code, insufficient funds, or a card that does not accept the charge — the screen could stop moving forward, and the earlier attempt blocked the ones after it. Not anymore: the decline closes that attempt and you can enter the details again right away, with the same card or a different one. → Add or change a card2026-09-17
Cancel a Mercado Pago subscription from Billing
If you pay with Mercado Pago, Billing now offers Cancel subscription, just like with a card. That option was missing for this payment method and cancelling had to go through support. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until that date — and during the free trial it is immediate. While the cancellation is pending, Billing stops offering the switch to card: changing the method there would undo the cancellation you just asked for. → Cancel and reactivateThe plan button says what it does
With the single plan there are no plans to choose between, only the cycle: where it said Change plan, it now says Switch to annual or Switch to monthly, depending on how you are billed today. And where the cycle cannot be changed — for example when billing runs through Mercado Pago — the button is gone: we explain why instead. → Subscription and billing cycleWith a cancelled Mercado Pago subscription, the route is back
In Payment methods, the Mercado Pago card of a cancelled subscription offered Manage in Mercado Pago. There is nothing left to manage there. It now offers Subscribe again, pointing at the same place as the notice at the top of the screen. If the subscription ended over an outstanding balance that is not the right route: we offer to add the card that settles it, or to contact support when that flow is unavailable. → Add or change a cardThe Mercado Pago wait now reads at a glance
The screen that waits for Mercado Pago to confirm is a single card with the running step highlighted, a bar that moves when a step moves, and the Mercado Pago logo exactly as Mercado Pago publishes it. When the wait stretches, the card changes tone and puts Check again and Go to my panel in reach; when it finishes well, all three steps tick. Separately, when you add a card from Payment method, the number, expiry and code fields now sit inside their own box: they used to be drawn offset. → Switch payment provider · → Activate the trialBilling loads showing the screen that is coming
While we fetch your data, Billing already draws the next payment card with its colour stripe, the current plan card and the invoices table with its header. Nothing shifts position when the data lands, the waiting blocks carry a sweep you can actually see, and with reduced motion they stay still. → Invoices and fiscal dataNever two subscriptions charging at once
If you already have an active subscription — by card or by Mercado Pago — and you authorise another one at Mercado Pago, we do not create a second one. It could happen before: you started signing up with Mercado Pago, subscribed by card in another tab, came back, and ended up with two live subscriptions charging you. We now check right before creating it and, if you already have one, we cancel the new authorisation at Mercado Pago so it does not keep charging. The screen tells you right away instead of waiting. → Change your payment rail · → Cancel, reactivate or recover an accountThe waiting screen says what will happen, and stops checking when you are not looking
Coming back from Mercado Pago, the screen promised you an email that we would not send if the authorisation landed while you were watching. It now says what really happens: if it activates while you are still there, you will see it on that same screen; if you leave, we will email you. And it checks sensibly: fast for the first half minute, more slowly after that, paused while the tab is in the background, and stopping after half an hour. Check again puts it back to work whenever you want. → Change your payment railComing back from Mercado Pago no longer sits there waiting
Coming back from Mercado Pago, the screen asked Mercado Pago once, on landing. If it had not confirmed by then — and it usually takes a couple of minutes — the screen sat still until the notice reached us from the back. We now keep asking every few seconds and activate your subscription the moment Mercado Pago confirms. The current step always spins, so you can see we are working. And if the wait goes past the limit, the screen does not stop: it keeps checking on its own and updates when the confirmation arrives, without you touching anything. We also stopped telling you something that could be false there: if your subscription had no trial days, Mercado Pago already charged you, and the screen now says so — it activates on its own as soon as it confirms and you are not charged twice — instead of promising there was no charge. And if your subscription activates while you are still on the screen, we stop also sending you the “it confirmed” email: you already saw it. → Change payment method · → Cancel, reactivate or recover an accountComing back through Mercado Pago respects your trial days
If you cancelled with unused trial days, those days count the same on card and on Mercado Pago. Coming back through Mercado Pago used to give you 14 fresh days even while the checkout told you it would charge on confirmation: two different numbers for the same money. Mercado Pago now charges only once your remaining days run out, and if you had none left, it charges on confirmation. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an accountSubscribing again is three steps, with your details already filled in
Resubscribing is no longer a long form with the button hidden at the bottom. It is three steps — billing details, cardholder and payment method — with one open at a time, the previous one summarised in a line with Edit and the next one visible but dimmed, so you know how much is left. The top always says which step you are on and how to get back to Billing. And we do not ask again for the cardholder’s identity document or date of birth if you already gave them: they arrive prefilled and you only review them. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an accountWith the subscription cancelled, Payment methods tells the truth
If you cancelled from Mercado Pago, Payment methods kept showing “Active subscription” while the notice above offered to subscribe again. The screen now says one thing: Subscription cancelled, and that we will not charge you again. While you have no live subscription we do not offer to change your billing method or to choose which card gets charged, because there would be nothing to change and nothing to charge. Your cards stay visible. → Add or change a cardComing back from Mercado Pago tells you which step it is on
The “Confirming with Mercado Pago” screen always said the same thing, with a spinner that spun forever. The three steps now tell you what is happening: if Mercado Pago takes longer, the current step turns to Waiting and we state that nothing is being charged meanwhile; if the authorisation is rejected, the error is marked on the step that failed; and when the wait goes past the limit, the screen shows where it got stuck before offering to check again. → Change your billing methodPayment method tells you the price, the state and the error
If your subscription is cancelled, Payment method no longer shows a stale summary with ”$ 0” and a change that was never going to work. You now see one thing: that you have no active subscription, when you cancelled it, and Subscribe again. If your cancellation is scheduled for the end of the cycle, the summary stays and the date reads Cancels on, because you are covered until then. Your plan price is now resolved whichever way your subscription was created, so it stops showing as $ 0. If we still cannot resolve it, the Plan row says Price unavailable and asks you to contact support, instead of offering a change that would fail. And any error of the change is shown on screen: before, pressing Continue to Mercado Pago could do absolutely nothing. → Switch payment providerChoosing the billing card applies right away, and no earlier change blocks you
Use for billing now tells you the result there and then: the card shows Applying… for as long as the action runs, and afterwards you see whether it became the billing card or why it did not. Before, it could take up to 17 seconds to tell you the card was a debit card. And when a card is debit, we now mark it from the first load of Payment methods, so you never touch an action that could not work. In Payment method, the notice “A payment method switch is already in progress” is gone. A change you started and did not finish no longer blocks you: when you start a new one, the earlier one is discarded on its own. The only time we ask you to retry is when we cannot verify your Mercado Pago account at that moment; that is a delay, not a block. → Add or change a card · → Migrate payment method2026-09-16
The screen to switch payment method reads in one pass
Payment method now uses a single column: summary, destination, button and legal text share one width and sit centered. The destination is one single card, with the method and its description on top and the form and the button inside; before there was a loose box that looked like an option to pick when there is only one destination. And if we have not read the last four digits of your card yet, Current says Card instead of showing dots. → Switch payment provider”Use for billing” tells you how it ended, and debit cards stay out
When you choose which card we charge, that card now shows Applying… until the change really resolves. If it works, we tell you it is now the billing card. If it does not, the reason stays written under the card. Before, you saw “ready in a few minutes” and never learned whether it had failed. Also, a debit card cannot be the billing card: when we recognize one, you see Credit cards only instead of the action. → Add or change a cardYour logo shows on any background
Gifty now reads the ink of your logo and picks the background that holds it. A light-ink logo could previously turn invisible on the white plate of the gift link, the buyer portal and the campaign page. It now sits on your brand color when the screen is dark, and on a dark plate when the screen is light. A logo with its own background no longer gets a plate. You do not need to do anything. → Set up your store identityThe WhatsApp bubble speaks your store’s language
Inside the Tiendanube panel the message was always in Spanish. Now it uses your store’s language, like the rest of Gifty. → Find help and prepare a support requestMessage us on WhatsApp from the dashboard
The assistant help chat is off. Support contact now happens on WhatsApp. The dashboard shows a green bubble at the bottom right, where the chat used to be. The bubble opens WhatsApp with the message already started, and you choose whether to send it. The team answers you in that same chat. During initial setup the bubble stays at the bottom left, as before. gifty.lat also shows a green bubble, but that one reaches the sales team. → Find help and prepare a support request2026-09-15
Billing tells you when you have cards but none is chosen
If you have cards saved and none of them is chosen for the charge, Billing says exactly that and takes you to Payment methods to choose one. It used to show the “you don’t have a payment method” notice, which sent you to add one more card instead of choosing among the ones you already had. The add-a-card notice is unchanged for anyone with no cards at all. → Add or change a card2026-09-14
Switching payment rail keeps your date, and the Mercado Pago link expires after 24 hours
If you move from Mercado Pago to a card, the first card charge falls on the date Mercado Pago was going to charge, not on the day of the switch. With an unpaid Mercado Pago installment, the card charge stays immediate. If you move from a card to Mercado Pago, the authorization link expires after 24 hours: after that, generate a new one from Payment method, and the old one stops blocking the switch. → Migrate the payment railThe Gifty dashboard opens inside the administrator of Brazilian stores
If your store is in Brazil, the embedded Gifty dashboard now opens inside the Nuvemshop administrator. The frame used to show blank: the browser blocked it because the Brazilian administrator address was not allowed. Nothing changes for the other regions. → Use Gifty inside TiendaNubeBack to Mercado Pago from Payment methods
If we charge a card today and your store is in Argentina, the Payment methods tab shows Switch to Mercado Pago. It takes you to the payment method page to make the change: same subscription, same plan, same billing date. Before, there was no way back to Mercado Pago after switching to a card. → Migrate your payment methodSwitching the payment rail: one destination, and management in Mercado Pago
On Payment method, Switch to now shows a single destination: the method you do not use today. If we charge through Mercado Pago it offers Card, and the other way round. It used to show the current rail as well, which led to an already authorized subscription screen. If your subscription is charged through Mercado Pago, Manage in Mercado Pago opens that subscription detail in your account, where you change the card; the same link is on the Mercado Pago card of Payment methods. → Migrate the payment rail2026-09-12
Checkout no longer locks you to an unfinished Mercado Pago authorization
If you started a Mercado Pago authorization and did not finish it, the checkout shows a notice with the option to resume it, but you can switch to Card or back to Mercado Pago as many times as you want. Continue to Mercado Pago shows a loading state while the authorization is created. Billing details now render as one tidy column, without a box, with full-width fields. → Activate the trial2026-09-11
Resubscription: monthly or annual, and Mercado Pago when enabled
When you reactivate the subscription, the checkout link says Choose monthly or annual: the single-plan catalog does not offer other plans, only the cadence. In Argentina, if the Mercado Pago rail is on, that same checkout lets you choose card or Mercado Pago, with no default. If you leave Mercado Pago, you return to that screen. → Cancel, reactivate or recover an accountWho invoices: CUIT opens Company, and checkout no longer squeezes
In checkout, any CUIT opens the Company card (Monotributo or VAT-registered); the invoice is type A. Individual is only for DNI / end consumer. The VAT condition ARCA returns is kept: a Monotributo taxpayer is not forced to VAT-registered. If the window cannot fit both columns (662 and 778), the summary and the form stack. → Activate the initial periodThe WhatsApp delivery is now an issuance receipt
The message your recipient receives changed shape. It used to announce a gift; it now confirms the issuance and lists who bought it, the value and the store on separate lines. The button is now View receipt, and it is still the only place the code appears. Nothing changes in how you issue. → Issue now, schedule or copy a link2026-09-09
The Gifty team can read your help conversation
The chat no longer asks you to Share with the team: a fixed line tells you the truth from the start. The Gifty team can read the questions and answers in that conversation to help you, with nothing to enable or revoke. Attached files and their content stay out of that reading. → Get help from the documentationThe embedded app is disabled when the store cannot operate
Inside the TiendaNube admin, if you have not finished the onboarding or your subscription is cancelled, Gifty no longer shows buttons that would fail. The dashboard is dimmed and a single notice takes you to fix it: Continue setup or Choose a plan, in the full Gifty. What was sold is still valid and your designs and orders are kept. → Use Gifty inside TiendaNubeCheckout shows who gets invoiced before asking for your card
If you had already entered your billing details, the card step now shows them at the top under We will invoice, with a Change button that returns to the form prefilled. Before, you went straight to the card without seeing them. When the help chat is unavailable for your account it now says so plainly and the team’s WhatsApp stays at hand; the plan’s Talk to us link asks for a tailored agreement. → Activate the initial period · → Find helpThe Gifty trial is 14 days again
The Gifty plan starts with 14 days free instead of 7. It applies to trials starting today: the panel, the checkout and the emails all show the 14 days and the exact first-charge date. If you were already on a trial, you keep the duration you activated it with and your charge date does not change. → Activate the initial periodThe day 9 and day 11 trial emails are back
With the trial back at 14 days, the tips series gets two emails back, with new content. Day 9 sends you the link to your gift card in your store and three places to pin it: your bio, a story highlight and your email signature. Day 11 shows you how many gift cards you have published, how many sold and how much came in, with a single next step. Both arrive only if you already published your gift card, and never on the same day as the billing notice. → Activate the initial period2026-09-08
Everything tested over these weeks is now in production
This release ships the work accumulated since 27 August: signup and onboarding, billing and payment notices, gift campaigns, audiences and integrations, issuance and delivery by email and WhatsApp, the panel inside the TiendaNube Admin, counter redemption and the dashboard navigation with Help pointing to the documentation. Each change has its own entry on this page and in the linked guides. → Start with GiftyAnnual saving shows on every plan, and the screen no longer breaks
In Billing › Plans, picking Annual used to show a blank screen. It works now: every plan shows the real saving computed from its own price, next to the note that it is billed once a year. A plan without a published annual price announces no saving. → Check the subscription and change the frequencyIssuance and redemption safeguards in validation
Historical-order controls and a fresh coupon read at redemption confirmation are being validated in staging. This does not announce an automatic repair of previous operations or a production change. Uncertain outcomes require review before another attempt. When the outcome is uncertain, the counter screen now shows “This redemption is under review” instead of proposing a retry. The notice states that the balance was not taken off, asks you not to redeem that code again until it is resolved, and offers the support chat. → In staging validation: confirmation and reviewCheckout says what failed, and gives you a reference
When signing up or adding a card does not finish well, the screen shows the real reason for that operation — declined card, cardholder detail, interrupted connection or unconfirmed result — instead of a generic notice, with a Code and a Reference to ask for help. Every attempt that does not finish well also raises an internal follow-up for the team, so screenshots are not needed. → Add or change a cardEmail verification before issuing a campaign gift
Campaigns created from now on ask people to confirm their email before issuing the gift. Activating leaves a reservation and sends an email with a confirmation link; the gift is issued only once the person taps it. The reservation expires after 24 hours and frees the quota. In your dashboard, Activated now counts only confirmations, and unconfirmed reservations show separately. → Track results and resolve activationsA waiting room when activating a campaign gift
After activating, the person sees the campaign’s real card with a three-step timeline instead of a gray button with a spinner. Once the gift is issued, it opens on its own with an option to stay put. If issuance takes longer than usual, the screen says the gift was reserved and keeps waiting; if it fails for good, it says so plainly and offers the store’s contact. → Track results and resolve activationsCampaign capacity protected for viral traffic
The public landing no longer shows how many gifts remain or were activated. The per-link activation limit rose so a viral campaign doesn’t reject legitimate people, and an exhausted, paused or expired campaign responds instantly. → Track results and resolve activationsA more readable sidebar
Sidebar rows are taller and icons larger. The open group reads as a bold title with a vertical line down to its sections. The section you are in is highlighted in pink with a marker on the left; hovering another section shows a neutral grey background, so it is never mistaken for the current one. The store row at the bottom now hints that it opens the account and theme menu. The whole menu still fits on screen without scrolling, including inside TiendaNube. → Find help and prepare a requestThe help chat, now a conversation
The dashboard Help bubble is rebuilt as a chat: a greeting with suggestions, message bubbles, cited sources as tags under the answer and a ⋯ menu with search, new conversation, Talk to a person, share with the team and end the conversation. Ratings appear inside the chat after it ends. The composer is a single growing line; while the assistant answers, send becomes Stop. → How in-app help works · → Find help and prepare a requestCollapsible groups in the sidebar
The Gift cards, Sales, Growth and Account groups become collapsible items: one opens at a time, and the group of the section you are in opens by itself. The whole menu now fits on screen without scrolling. The control that collapses the sidebar moves next to the logo. Help opens this documentation in a new tab; the in-app help section is retired and its previous links redirect here. → Find help and prepare a requestCampaigns inside TiendaNube
The embedded app adds the Campaigns tab: the four figures, one row per campaign with its real design, status, link and progress bar; the campaign page with the link to copy, results and the people who activated; pause, resume and close. Creating or editing, exporting the CSV and syncing with Marketing Nube open full Gifty in the exact section. → Campaigns inside TiendaNubeGrouped sidebar
The dashboard menu is organized into four groups: Gift cards (Products, Designs, Delivery), Sales (Gift cards, Redeem), Growth (Campaigns, Audiences, Communication) and Account (Billing, Integrations, Settings). Overview stays on top. Help and the WhatsApp contact move to the bottom of the menu. The Emails item is now called Delivery. → Find help and prepare a request · → Design and publish emails2026-09-07
In-app help trial in staging
Staging adds direct advisor access, conversations with sources, file review and optional ratings. Assistant and attachment activation remain capability-controlled; this is not an announcement of production availability. → In-app help trial in stagingRecognize a Gifty payment
Payment descriptions being prepared include Gifty and retain the operation purpose, invoice and currency. The debt page and bank transfer record identify the subscription. The improvement does not modify the processor account descriptor. → Recognize a Gifty payment One-time plan changes and subscription debt payments are being prepared with readable purposes and the Gifty brand in the store’s configured language. Internal codes do not appear as payment descriptions. Amount, currency and reference stay unchanged.Recovery after debt settlement
An improvement is being prepared to resume the same confirmed payment when an unsent automatic cancellation for overdue debt no longer applies. The check preserves requested cancellations and unknown outcomes; it does not start another charge. Read how access recovery works.Campaigns: results, origin and sales
Each campaign’s detail gains a Results section: how many people opened the link, how many activated the gift, how many used it in the store and how many orders it produced, day by day and for the period you pick. Sold with the campaign shows the total of those orders, what customers paid and the average order. If you add parameters to the link (?utm_source=instagram, or any you like), results split by origin and you can filter by each one. The people CSV adds where each person came from and what they bought.

AI design: a wait that tells you what is happening, and results you can read
When you generate, the screen tells you how long it usually takes, repeats your brief in your own words and marks the current stage over two canvases in your colours. There is no percentage bar anymore. The two proposals are called Direction A and Direction B and are different compositions of the same brief. The “See how it looks” selector explains each view: artwork only, the gift your customer receives, or the photo in your store. Adjustments are drawn below without losing sight of what came before, and “Use this design” says what approving does. We also fixed a case where the same image showed up twice. → Create a design with AIFirst step with real brands and less noise
The first onboarding step shows again the carousel of brands already selling with Gifty. The Brand step drops the typography field, and the Activate step’s Marketing Nube chip uses the Tiendanube symbol. → Getting startedActivate: the panel shows instead of listing
Your gift card artwork is shown clean, with no text on top, and the name, amounts and domain below. Plan inclusions are browsed in four tabs (Sell, Deliver, Operate and Grow), each with a mini scene built from your data: the product page in your store, the branded email, the in-store QR and the campaign link. The plan card changes too: no badge or selector (there is a single plan), the monthly/annual toggle inside, the price as the hero and the three trial moments as receipt rows with the amount on the right. → Activate the trialActivate: grouped inclusions and prefilled cardholder
The Activate panel shows what the plan includes in four groups (sell, deliver, operate and grow), each with a result line and three capabilities. The checkout prefills your name and verified WhatsApp in the cardholder block without reloading. The plan card is more compact and the activate button stays in view. → Activate the trial2026-09-06
Collection indicators in preparation
The demo adds currency and provider breakdowns, period filters, unknown data and recoveries separate from reconciliation. Platform-wide finance data is reserved for Studio; each merchant reads only its own data. Activation and real payment evidence are verified separately.Declines name the operation
The debt checkout being prepared identifies a decline as a debt payment. Signup keeps its card validation wording. The bank code remains visible.Debt recovery in preparation
The demo lets you create the first access link from Billing, pay a complete debt, see a decline code and recover an interrupted confirmation. The new flow separates paid debt from a pending card and is prepared for gradual activation. Confirmed bank transfers are recorded through authorized support. → Pay outstanding debt and wait for confirmationGrouped cards in preparation
The demo shows one view per physical card and lets you select an available option when the default method is unavailable. The improvement is prepared for gradual activation; every previous option is retained. → One card, one clear viewCheckout recovery in preparation
The payment-method demo now demonstrates reloading secure fields, a decline with a code and reference, and confirming the same attempt after an interruption. The improvement is prepared for gradual enablement on each surface; follow the steps shown in your account. → Reloading or resuming checkoutCheckout result confirmation
The prepared fix for checkout with card validation recognizes confirmation automatically while the screen is still waiting. Check again remains available and checks the same attempt without another payment. → Checkout result confirmationCard validation in preparation
The signup demo now demonstrates integrated card validation. The new flow keeps the attempt after a connection interruption and lets you check its result again. It is prepared for gradual enablement; availability in an account depends on the authorized rollout. → If checkout shows card validation2026-09-05
Activate: the trial explained by what you get
The activation screen shows the plan price and three moments: today at no charge with your gift published, the days to try everything, and the first charge date only if you stay. The panel shows your gift card large, with your artwork and brand, and what the plan includes from day one. Card and billing details are requested in the checkout. → Activate the trialThe gift opening is now chosen in Brand
During onboarding, the opening experience (Story or Letter) is chosen once, in the identity block of the Brand step. The Design step is now only about the artwork, and the first step no longer asks for that choice. → Review your brandClearer languages and sources
