Before you start

This site provides public product knowledge. It does not expose store data or transactional tools. You can also arrive from Help in the menu and footer of gifty.lat. Links preserve the language; the landing page’s AI guide points to this documentation index. Spanish guides preserve the Argentine es-AR content locale and use /es/ in public URLs. Old links under /es/ redirect to the matching guide.

Step by step

  1. Start with the trilingual index and choose es-AR, en or pt-BR.
  2. Read the manifest: it identifies article, route, revision, locale, source and hash.
  3. Open article text through Read as Markdown. Use headings and cite the canonical page in the same language.
  4. For a particular code, payment or account, request an authenticated store check or human help; documentation does not know that state.

How to verify the result

Markdown and pages come from one editorial source per language. References describe the reviewed product version, not proof of a customer operation. Copy page uses the full article Markdown and confirms when it has been copied. The text preserves warnings and explanations of visual resources. If copying fails, open Read as Markdown; the JSON manifest also links each readable version.

If something goes wrong

  • No public transactional API exists for issuance, balance, redemption or billing. Do not invent endpoints or SDKs.
  • The documentation assistant has no tenant access, operational OAuth, transactional MCP or permission to move money.
