Before you start
Open Gifty from your Tiendanube store app. At the top you see your store, how many steps are left to publish and the four chapters: Your gift card, In action, Activate and Launch it. On a phone, the WhatsApp button, when it appears, sits at the bottom, next to the button to continue.Step by step
- In We built it for you you see your finished gift card, with your brand and ready for the next gifting date. Change the design or the amounts if you want and tap See how your customers see it. A draft is saved: it is not published yet.
- In This is what your customers see check the product page in your store, the delivery email and the gift page. If you want, change the logo or the color and tap Looks good.
- In This is how your gift card moves you see a gift’s journey, from the purchase to the redemption. Tap Turn it all on.
- In Activate, complete the signup. In Launch it, watch your gift card get published step by step. When it is on sale, share the link and tap Go to my dashboard.
How to check the result
The journey ends with a prepared gift card and a publication status you can verify. Finishing a screen does not mean the product is visible in your store.If something does not go as expected
- If you leave before finishing, you come back to the screen you had left. You do not need to create another product.
- If a screen cannot save, the button tells you. Try again: the draft is not duplicated.
- If activation or publication is still pending, check its status before you repeat the action.
