Before you start

Open Emails and create from Styles, Occasions or a blank base.

Step by step

  1. Review the full design before using it. The gallery identifies the active design.
  2. Edit body, subject and preheader. Insert variables at the cursor position.
  3. Try sample data, reset it when needed and compare desktop and mobile previews.
  4. Review quality requirements. Save a draft or choose Publish and use when ready.

How to verify the result

Saving a draft does not change delivery email. Publish and use assigns the new version; verify the active-design indicator.

If something goes wrong

  • If publishing is blocked, open requirements and complete missing items.
  • Archiving and restoring organize the library; always check the assigned version rather than assuming a save activated it.

Fix requirements before publishing

The requirements panel takes you to the subject, preheader or body needing attention. Publishing requires a nonempty subject, the gift code in the body rather than the subject or preheader, and a clickable gift link. Insert variables from the editor library to avoid unknown names. Fix unrecognized variables or conditions, disallowed links and rendering errors that block publishing. Recommendations such as improving the preheader or image alternative text are not all blockers. Check both requirements and preview: a score alone does not confirm the email is ready. Then use Publish and use and check which design became assigned. Read as Markdown
