Before you start

Open Settings → Brand. The communication name can come from TiendaNube or a local override.

Step by step

  1. Review the displayed name. Customize it or restore the TiendaNube source when appropriate.
  2. Upload the logo and wait for completion; adjust colors and typography.
  3. Review previews and save. A visible preview change can still be unsaved.
  4. If configuring a store domain, distinguish that link from the email sender domain.

How to verify the result

Saving persists communication identity. Changing this name does not modify legal name or fiscal data.

If something goes wrong

  • If the displayed name differs, check for a local override before changing TiendaNube data.
  • Custom email sender domains are marked coming soon; this guide does not enable DNS or a custom sender.

Colors imported from Tiendanube

When connecting Tiendanube, Gifty tries to import storefront colors. If it cannot obtain them, it may use a logo color when available; it does not invent a second color. Import does not replace an already saved primary color. If no colors are found, set them in Settings › Brand: this does not block installation.
