Before you start
Open Integrations → Marketing Nube and obtain a key for the intended account. Keep it private.Step by step
- Paste the key and choose Test connection. Verify the identified account before integrating.
- After connection, review last and next synchronization. Use Synchronize now when appropriate.
- When the key changes, choose Replace key and verify the connection again.
- Choose Disconnect to stop synchronization. Existing Marketing Nube data remains there.
How to verify the result
The integration shows its state and recorded synchronization. Saving a key alone does not prove a scheduled process ran.If something goes wrong
- Needs attention due to a revoked key requires reconnection; retrying the same key does not fix access.
- Never paste keys into support, screenshots or documentation. Disconnecting does not delete a remote audience.
