Before you start
When we confirm your signup, by card or with Mercado Pago, Gifty publishes in Tiendanube the gift card that you built during onboarding. You land on Publishing your gift card. You do not need to go back to checkout or create another draft.Step by step
- On Publishing your gift card, watch the three steps: We saved your gift card, Created in your store and Tiendanube confirmed the publication. Each step checks off when its data is saved. No step checks off because time passed.
- When Tiendanube confirms, the envelope opens and you see It’s in your store. Tap View in my store to open the product page, or tap Continue.
- On It’s on sale, you see the product page with your brand. Tap Share it: copy the link to copy the link to your gift card.
- Tap Go to my dashboard. Your gift card and its status stay on Home.
How to verify the result
It’s on sale appears only when the publication is confirmed and your subscription is enabled to sell. If your subscription is not enabled, for example paused or with a pending payment, the screen says Your gift card is live, but it can’t be sold. Go to Billing takes you to fix it.If something goes wrong
- If Tiendanube does not confirm within two minutes, the screen says so. Your plan is already active. Tap Go to my dashboard: Home shows the publication and updates by itself.
- If you see Tiendanube didn’t confirm the publication, tap Try again. The retry uses the same product: it does not create another gift card and it does not charge anything.
- If you leave before you finish, you return to the same screen when you open onboarding again, with the real publication status.
- If the error continues, keep the product reference and ask for help.
