Before you start
This is the second setup screen: This is what your customers see. It uses the logo and color we brought from your Tiendanube, with the design and amounts you chose.Step by step
- Switch between In your store, In the email and When they open it. You see the product page, the delivery email and the gift page, with your brand.
- If you want another logo or color, tap Change. Upload the logo, pick the color and tap Save. The three views update.
- Tap Looks good to continue.
How to check the result
The brand is saved in your brand profile and setup continues in This is how your gift card moves. The views show a presentation: they do not send a gift to anyone.If something does not go as expected
- If saving the brand fails, the view shows the brand that stayed saved and tells you: We could not save your brand. You see the one that stayed saved.
- While Change is open, Looks good waits: save or cancel first.
- The logo must be a PNG, JPG or WebP file.
- If we could not load your logo and color, tap Try again. Change appears once your brand has loaded.
