The actual template in the Sobre frame

The library adopts warm paper, white cards and pill-shaped buttons. The image you see is the actual library template or your own artwork: that design identifies the gift card in previews and in the gift itself. Review it within the new visual frame when choosing it for a product.

Before you start

Open Designs. Your own library is separate from the occasion gallery.

Step by step

  1. Check where a design is used before choosing it. Selecting one can start a new product.
  2. Upload your own image and wait for processing before selecting it.
  3. Use artwork without embedded prices or logos; gift surfaces add their information.
  4. Archive or restore your own designs from their menu to organize the library.
Where the artwork shows:
  • Gift page (/g/): the artwork is fitted to a 3:2 ratio and the edges may be cropped. Keep the important content centered, with a margin of about 10 % on each side.
  • Delivery email: the artwork shows in full, in a 600 px wide container.
  • WhatsApp: the message does not carry the image. It shows the text, the button and the link preview.
  • Link preview (WhatsApp and social networks): the artwork is cropped to the center in an almost square card. If the file is larger than 8 MB, the preview shows a color card instead of the artwork.

How to verify the result

The selected design is available for the product. Archiving artwork does not delete or revoke an issued gift card.

If something goes wrong

  • An image still processing is not ready. If rejected, correct the file using the uploader message.
  • Follow the formats and limits shown by the uploader; not every file is supported.
  • If you see the «Upload your own artwork» lock instead of the upload, the account has no active subscription. Uploads are included in the Gifty plan: the See plans button takes you to activate it.
