Before you start
Open your store catalog.Step by step
- Choose to create a product. Set its title, positive preset or custom amounts, validity and design.
- Review the preview before saving. A product defines the offer; it is not an issued gift card.
- To change it, open its editor. Review the monetary-change confirmation and save.
- Check publication and confirmed TiendaNube synchronization separately.
How to verify the result
The catalog shows saved details and publication status. Validity is captured when each gift card is issued; do not assume editing the product changes existing gifts.If something goes wrong
- If a revision conflict appears, reload the latest version and reapply your changes. Blind retries can overwrite another edit.
- If saving succeeded but synchronization failed, recover publication of the same product instead of creating another.
