Before you start
Open Designs → AI and check availability and quota for your account.Step by step
- Describe what you want to see. Occasion, style and colours are optional. Press Generate 2 directions.
- While it draws, the screen tells you how long it usually takes, repeats your brief in your own words and marks the current stage. There is no percentage bar: the last stage stays active until the images arrive. If it takes longer than usual, it says so.
- Both proposals arrive together as Direction A and Direction B: same brief, different compositions. With See how it looks you view them on their own, as the gift your customer receives, or as a product photo in your store. The active view is explained below the selector.
- If you would change anything, ask in your own words under Would you change anything?. The adjustment is drawn below, keeping the previous directions in view. You get 5 free adjustments per session.
- Press Use this design on the one you like best. It is saved to My designs, and you then assign it to your gift cards. You can use more than one.
How to check the result
The chosen design appears in My designs with the AI label (internal; customers never see it). Generating or adjusting does not publish a product or issue balance.If something does not go as expected
- If the quota is exhausted, follow what the screen says; this guide does not fix a commercial quota.
- A failed generation does not use up quota. If the state does not match, keep the context and ask for help.
- If both directions look too similar, ask for a concrete adjustment (for example, “more contrast” or “more open space up top”).
- If the AI band says it is included in the Gifty plan and unlocks with your subscription, the account has no active subscription. Activate my subscription takes you to the plans page.
