Before you start
Find the product in Catalog; switch between grid and list or filter by status.Step by step
- Publish or unpublish using product actions and wait for synchronization confirmation.
- Archive a product to remove it from everyday work. Find it with the Archived filter and choose Reactivate when needed.
- Open the sharing composer. Copy a link only when a real TiendaNube product link exists.
- If you change the sharing artwork color, restore the brand color when needed; this adjustment is temporary.
How to verify the result
Publication, archiving and synchronization are different states. Reactivating alone does not prove publication. Archiving does not revoke issued gift cards.If something goes wrong
- If archiving fails, the view may return to its previous state; read the reason and refresh.
- If no public link exists, resolve publication instead of sharing an invented URL.
