Before you start
You need an active product. If issuance is empty, prepare a product in the catalog first.Step by step
- Choose product, design and amount. Check that they match the intended gift.
- Choose email or a link to copy. WhatsApp is offered only when available for your account.
- For scheduling, review date, time and store timezone before confirming.
- For secret gifts, review what identity the recipient sees. For corporate gifts, the third-party logo accompanies the merchant; it does not replace the issuer.
- Confirm once and check the status. Preview sends nothing; issuance may still be preparing the coupon.
How to verify the result
The detail records the gift and selected delivery. Repeating the same request reference reuses issuance; starting a new issuance is not delivery retry.If something goes wrong
- Scheduled does not mean sent. Check the configured time before investigating missing delivery.
- Keep private links secure. Do not test with real recipients unless you intend to send.
